Combine 1 rounded scoop (31g♦) with 6-12 fl. oz. cold water or the liquid of your choice (e.g. dairy milk, coconut milk, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, etc.). For best results, use a blender-type bottle, shaker cup or electric blender. Our Whey Protein Isolate can be blended with a spoon if necessary.
