Suggested Use

Take one serving (3 capsules) with a meal twice a day. On non-training days, take one serving in the morning and one serving at night. On training days, take one serving about an hour before workouts and take one serving in the morning or at night depending on when you train.

Vegetable cellulose capsule, magnesium stearate vegetable source, silicon dioxide.
