Suggested Use

Warnings

Ifyou are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or taking medication,consult your physician before taking this product. Temporary flushing such aswarmth, itching or redness of the skin, are common side effects that may occurupon initial use. These effects may worsen if you drink alcohol or hotbeverages shortly after taking niacin. Do not take more than 500 mg per day(one tablet) except under the supervision of a physician. Liver damage andjaundice are risks with high doses of niacin. Avoid high doses of niacin if youhave a liver of kidney disorder.
