Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that aids biorhythm regulation. Biorhythm is disturbed by stress, crossing time zones and changing work shifts. Melatonin production also declines with age. Vitamin B6 aids melatonin metabolism.

Suggested Use

Take 1 tablet 20-30 minutes prior to bedtime or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Other Ingredients

Cellulose, glycerol behenate, calcium phosphate, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and a food-grade coating.

No wheat,  gluten, soybeans, dairy,  egg,  fish/shellfish, or Peanuts/tree nuts.
