Suggested Use

Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12 oz of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. Taking this product without enough water may cause choking. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time. Children (6-12 years): Half the adult dosage.
