Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) is a B Vitamin-like compound that helps to protect mitochondria from free radicals and promotes the production of new mitochondria with cells. PQQ may thus help to maintain robust cellular energy production, support heart health, and promote normal cognitive function. Extra strength PQQ includes alpha lipoic acid to complement PQQ's free radical scavenging abilities.

This extra strength product has twice the PQQ (40 mg per capsule) as in our regular strength product (20 mg per capsule).

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
