Suggested Use

2 tablets daily, with or without meals. For maximum results, include vitamin B complex, magnesium and coenzyme Q10 with alpha-lipoic acid in your nutrition program.

Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose,  magnesium stearate, and silica.
