Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, healthy adults combine one scoop with your favorite beverage or meal once daily and mix thoroughly. For a richer flavor, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of water or your favorite milk. For a lighter flavor, use 8-10 oz of liquid per scoop.
