Suggested Use

• Twist lid counter clockwise to loosen it.
• Remove the lid and set it aside.
• Use your index finger to pop the strainer out.
• Remove the mesh strainer and set it aside.
• Add your Teami Tea and pour in hot water.
• Add the strainer and screw lid back on.
• OMG! A super secret compartment!
• Store more tea, vitamins, protein, etc.

Warnings

Please allowhot contents to cool for 1-3 minutes before tightening the lid. Contents thatare hot can create pressure on the lid, causing the mouth piece to pop off. Donot stir, shake or turn your tumbler upside-down if contents are extremely hot.
