Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule daily. Take 2 capsules a day for additional digestive support. TruFlora can be taken with antibiotics; separate by 2 hours.

Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (capsule shell), tapioca dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium alginate, magnesium stearate, trisodium phosphate, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, ascorbic acid, lactostim (sunflower lecithin + oleic acid), calcium silicate.
