Suggested Use

Adults take three (3) tablets daily. Do not exceed recommended dose. No need to take with food - if is food! As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care/lab provides.

Other Ingredients

Organic maltodextrin, organic gum acacia, cellulose, organic soy fiber, organic coating (organic tapioca maltodextrin, organic sunflower lecithin, sustainably sourced organic palm oil, organic guar gum), and silica. 

Contains soy.

Warnings

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a Poison Control Center immediately.

Do not accept if seal is broken.Store in a dry place between 59º-86º F. Keep out of the reach of children.
