Suggested Use

Rub 3-5 drops in palms and cup hands over nose to inhale slowly with 5 deep breaths. Rub excess formula on collarbone to promote restful sleep. 

Diffusing 

Diffuse 5-10 drops with water in non-heating ultrasonic diffuser.
