Suggested Use

Adult Usage: Take one (1) capsule, with or without food, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

The recommended time to take this product is right before bedtime, allowing the unique multi-strain probiotic to go to work in the right environment. However, this particular product is non-drowsy, contains no sleep aids, and is safe to take any time of day.
