Derived from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands,one of the world’s purest remaining subterranean mineral sources, our puremagnesium flakes have traditionally been used to improve to improve skinhydration, and make a soothing addition to bath water and foot baths. One cupof flakes contains approximately 19 grams of elemental magnesium.

Suggested Use

Foot Bath:Dissolve 1 cup in approx. 1 gallon of warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes.

Full Bath:Dissolve 4 cups in bathtub filled with warm water. Soak 20-30 minutes. Rinseand pat dry.

Magnesiumchloride hexahydrate flakes.
