Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a naturally-occurring phospholipid and is a component of cell membranes. Phosphatidylserine is the most abundant phospholipid present in the brain and supports healthy cognitive function. Jarrow Formulas® Cogni-PS® is a concentrated form of phosphatidylserine from sunflower lecithin that offers superior stability, does not contain soy and is not derived from genetically modified organisms (non-GMO).

Suggested Use

Take 1 softgel up to 3 times per day with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Other Ingredients

Medium chain triglycerides, sunflower lecithin (non-GMO), silicon dioxide and an antioxidant blend (natural mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate, added to maintain freshness). Softgel consists of bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin and purified water.

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.
