HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE® ELITE POWDER is a super-thermogenic, so be sure to start with 1 serving (1 scoop) mixed with 6 oz. of water, once daily. Avoid snacking and drink 8 to 10 glasses water daily. Avoid usage within 5 hours of bedtime. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided. For weight loss: Take each serving (1 scoop) 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 largest meals (e.g., breakfast and lunch). Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24-hour. period. For best results, use for 60 days in conjunction with diet and training. For pre-workout energy and thermogenesis: If you are looking for a boost of energy before your workout, take 1 serving (1 scoop) daily before activity.
