Modeled after Breast Milk

Prebiotics – Prebiotics** are found in breast milk and help to develop baby’s immunity and digestive health. We include both GOS and FOS, prebiotics that mimic the function of those found in breast milk in our formula.

Organic Lactose – As with breast milk, lactose is the most prominent carbohydrate in our formula, and helps contribute to baby’s energy.

Complete Nutrition – Our formula features a unique blend of vitamins for your growing baby, modeled after the composition of breast milk.

Suggested Use

Directionsfor Preparation and Use:  Your baby’shealth depends on carefully following these preparation, use and storageinstructions. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm.Before preparing the infant formula, make sure to always wash your hands. Thoroughlywash bottle and feeding utensils in hot, soapy water before each use. Ask yourbaby’s doctor about the need to boil or sterilize water for formula and theproper preparation of bottle and feeding utensils.

Do not usemicrowave to prepare or warm formula. Serious burns may occur.

1. Wash handsand surfaces. Pour desired amount of warm water (approx. 100ºF/40ºC) into aclean bottle.
2. Add powderto water in bottle. (See feeding chart below.)
3. Cap bottleand shake well until powder is dissolved. Feed immediately and discard within 1hour.

Use this feeding chart for proper amount of water and powder.

Warnings

Storage:Store unused prepared formula in the refrigerator at 35-40ºF (2-4ºC); usewithin 24 hours. Do not freeze. Warm infant formula to room temperature andshake well before feeding. Prepared formula should not be without unopenedcontainers in a dry area at room temperature. Close the opened containertightly with plastic cap; use contents within 1 month. Avoid any extremetemperatures. Do not reuse container. Do not use if inner or outer seal isdamaged or missing.

Filled byweight, not by volume, contents may settle during shipment. Contents yieldapproximately 150 fl oz of formula.
