NOH Hawaiian Poke mix delivers the authentic poke flavor you've been craving. Complete with Hawaiian Ogo straight from the Islands. Simple ingredients, authentic flavor, easy to prepare. Also great for Tofu. (Makes 1 lb)

Suggested Use

Cut 1 1b of raw fish into 3/4"x 3/4" cubes. Remove dried Ogo (Seaweed) from package and place in a bowl. Cover with
water and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Remove Ogo from water and slice into 1/2" pieces. Place cut fish into a bowl and sprinkle Ogo over fish. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Add Chili Salt and Mix well. To enhance flavor and color, add chopped green onions and serve.

Hawaiian salt, ogo (seaweed), chili pepper.
