The classic Hawaiian Paniolo (Cowboy) breakfast made easy. With NOH Portuguese Sausage seasoning mix; you can mix it with ground pork (or chicken) smash it into patties or put it through a casing! Any way you like it, enjoy the authentic flavor of Portuguese Sausage any time the craving strikes!

Suggested Use

Combine contents of package with 1/4 cup water. Mix well. Add 1 lb. ground pork and mix thoroughly.

Shape into patties. Pan fry and serve, or mixture can be placed into sausage casing.

Also excellent with other ground meats, (chicken, turkey, beef, etc.).

Other Ingredients

Salt, natural cane sugar, garlic powder, vinegar powder (maltodextrin, white distilled vinegar, food starch-modified), paprika, powdered soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt, maltodextrin), chili pepper, spices.
