Beneficial bacteria can be reduced by low-fiber diets, high meat diets, antibiotic use, travel and stress. Jarrow Formulas XOS + Acacia Gum primarily supports the growth of Bifidobacteria, but also Lactobacilli, for intestinal and immune function. PreticX XOS (XyloOligoSaccharides) has been shown in clinical studies to promote the growth of Bifidobacteria. 

Suggested Use

Mix 1 heaping scoop with 4-6 oz. of water, juice or other beverages. Powder mixes best when the liquid is added on top of dry powder, or if stirred while adding powder to your beverage. Take 1 to 2 times per day along with your favorite Jarrow Formulas Probiotic or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
