Suggested Use

Use like a lettuce wrap! Just place all your favorite fillings inside a sheet and roll into a satisfying yet low carb meal.
Here are some of our favorites:
- Traditional: Turkey, cheddar or swiss plus tomato.
- Veggie: Avocado, cucumber and hummus.
- Mexican style: Beans, cheddar and rice.
- Korean gimbap: Rice, kimchi, egg omelets, stir-fried carrots and green vegetables.
- Japanese or Poke bowl: Fish, veggies and rice.
Preparation Tip: When using as a lettuce wrap with fillings, we find it easier to cut each sheet into quarters and then roll.
