Suggested Use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8 oz. of water and consume after your workout. For full effects, mix 2 scoops (2 serving) with 16 oz. of water and consume post-workout. Do not exceed 2 scoopsin a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
